Welcome to OasisPlast.com (the "Website"), the official platform of Oasis For Plastics Technology ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all business-to-business (B2B) transactions conducted through our Website or via direct agreements. By engaging with us, you (the "Client") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Terms
Oasis For Plastics Technology specializes in the manufacturing and export of plastic granules and related products.
All transactions are conducted on a B2B basis—we do not sell to individual consumers.
Trade terms (FOB, EXW, CIF, etc.) will be determined per transaction based on mutual agreement and regional requirements.

2. Product Specifications & Lab Testing
Before any order confirmation, the Client and Oasis For Plastics Technology must agree upon exact granule specifications (e.g., material type, melt flow index, density, additives, etc.).
Upon agreement, we will provide a Lab Test Certificate verifying the product’s compliance with the agreed specifications.

The Client may request a paid sample before proceeding with a bulk order.

No production or shipment of bulk orders will commence until the sample is approved by the Client.

3. Order Process & Payment Terms
Step 1: Agreement on specifications and Lab Test Certificate.

Step 2: Paid sample shipment (if requested).

Step 3: Contract finalization and bulk order confirmation.

Payment Terms:

Deposit: A minimum of 30-50% advance payment may be required before production/shipment.

Balance Payment: Must be cleared before shipment (unless otherwise agreed).

Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), or other mutually agreed terms.

No order is binding until full payment or agreed payment terms are met.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) will be specified in the contract.
Lead Time: Production and delivery timelines will be confirmed upon order placement but may vary due to:
Custom production requirements
Logistics and customs clearance delays
Force Majeure events (see Section 7)
Risk Transfer: Responsibility for goods passes to the Client as per the agreed Incoterms 2020 (or latest revision).
The Client is responsible for import duties, taxes, and clearance fees unless otherwise stated.

5. Quality Assurance & Returns
All products are manufactured per the agreed specifications and Lab Test Certificate.
Defective/Non-Conforming Goods:
Must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Client must provide proof of deviation from agreed specs.
We will either replace the goods or issue a refund after verification.
No returns or refunds for correctly supplied products matching the agreed specifications.

6. Force Majeure
Oasis For Plastics Technology is not liable for delays or failures due to:
Natural disasters, wars, or political unrest
Government sanctions or trade restrictions
Port closures, shipping delays, or logistical disruptions
Any other unforeseeable events beyond our control

7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All product formulations, technical data, and business information shared remain confidential and proprietary to Oasis For Plastics Technology.
Unauthorized replication, resale, or reverse engineering of our products is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the order value.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Egypt].
Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation or mediation.
If unresolved, disputes will be settled via arbitration inEgypt.

10. Amendments & Contact
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued business engagement constitutes acceptance.
